Ordering and Shipping Information How to Place an Order To place an order, use the "add to cart" buttons or send us an e-mail at sales@peppertreestudio.com. Indicate the item number(s) or item name(s) you wish to purchase and include your name, street address, city, state, zip code, and e-mail address. We will respond to your e-mail within 24 hours with shipping and handling costs. Shipping and handling is based on the total cost of the items ordered. See chart below. Payment Methods
We accept payment in the form of PayPal
(preferred method), Visa or MasterCard, money order, or personal checks (may be held up to 10 days
to clear at the bank). If paying by PayPal, please use this id:
peppertreedesigns. If paying by check, please make payable to Pepper Tree
Designs. We will send you our mailing address if you plan to mail a check.
Standard shipping is through the United States Postal Service. Shipping and handling is based on the total cost of the items ordered. Insurance is optional. Please let me know if you wish to add insurance. Shipping Rates in USA

We do ship internationally. The cost is the
actual shipping cost determined by where you live. Please e-mail
sales@peppertreestudio.com for
estimate. We want you to be thrilled with your jewelry and/or beads. If you are not satisfied, you may return the beads or piece of jewelry in original, unworn condition within 10 days for a full refund (minus shipping charges). If the jewelry is too short/long or small/large, we will be happy to resize it at no cost within 10 days of receipt. Just be sure to email and tell us how much longer/shorter or smaller/larger the piece needs to be.
